JBL Charge 4 Bass Boost

Adjust the low frequency response of the JBL Charge 4, by turning on and off its bass boost mode. Now when ON, bass boost makes the passive radiators at each end of this speaker vibrate a lot more.  Furthermore, it adds a decidedly “thumpy” quality to the content playing. But when OFF, you get a more flat sounding, less bass response.

JBL Charge 4 Bass Boost: Step by Step

Firstly, by default, this BT speaker has bass boost mode ON. So this mode adds a bit of extra treble and quite a bit of extra bass to the audio output.
