The JBL Charge 5 sounds HUGE, and plays strong enough to saturate outside parties with ponderous sounding response. Thus, the JBL Charge 5 Tech Specs (technical specifications) suggest more bass than JBL Flip models. So this is a certain advance from Flip.

This however was enough to save the current task on the tablet and turn it OFF. Indeed, it’s nice having the emergency bank of power along for the ride.
