You can combat this problem by using fans or other means of moving air around the room.  But then this negates a major advantage of this sort of heating, which is no moving parts. And finally, these systems usually run at line voltage, with most of them requiring 230 volts.  This can be dangerous to work with for the uninitiated.  So do be careful.
