4. Press the  Power  and the   Volume DOWN  Button Together for Up to Eight Seconds

Find the  Power  and Volume DOWN   buttons.  E.g. The   Power  button is on the top of the speaker, near the front.   Volume DOWN   is the long vertical line on the front, near the bottom.  See these both that we point out with the green arrows in the next picture.

Reset is complete now. So go ahead and let a friend or stranger use this speaker. Or pair it again with your favorite Bluetooth devices.

Then, the JBL Wonderboom 1 Speaker no longer auto connects with any previously paired Bluetooth devices. Thus, to restore automatic BT pairing, you pair this speaker by hand with your desired device(s). After that, any time that both the JBL Wonderboom 1 Speaker and device have Bluetooth turned on, pairing again occurs without you having to do anything.

Don’t forget to delete any now-stale connections to Wonderboom  1 from your source Bluetooth devices that you set up prior to resetting.  These will no longer work.  So you’ll want to “forget” them in your source device’s settings pages.
