Amazon Alexa Echo Generation 1 smart speaker AC power adapter, showing the wall part, held In hand.
Here, we give the adapter specs for Echo generation 1 Alexa speaker. Now the US version of this adapter has non folding AC prongs. It also has a six-foot long attached cord, and is quite light for its 21 watt power output. Furthermore, it’s square yet modest width and height allows easy fitting into power strips or wall outlets. And finally, It does not block close by sockets, as shown next.
It puts out 21 watts to the speaker with quiet running. It offers stable voltage, so the speaker can pump out deep bass, crisp treble, and good volume range.
This is by no means a cheapo AC power plug. Indeed, it runs with low heating even at higher volumes. Plus, it makes little if any RFI and EMI noise.
But they did not build this plug with repair in mind. Indeed, the low cost of this switch mode wall adapter really makes fixing these a thing of the past.
