Also, in our tests, the speaker proves rock solid. We find no bugs. Nor do we ever see any lost connections, distortion, crashes, or anything else bad. So software updating is likely not necessary. And as far as we can tell, doing that is probably impossible for the average consumer.
This is a very simple yet great sounding Bluetooth speaker. So its makers did not wish to make harder to use with software updates. In fact, the people that buy this speaker do not want to fool around with updates. Indeed they just want something that works right out of the box. Plus it should keep working without bother, for its entire service life. Well, that’s what they get in this speaker.
