An adequate JBL Go 3 charger type delivers enough current to recharge this speaker in the shortest time. That is around 2.5 hours. But currently, JBL does not include a charger with the Go 3. So, you’ll need to either have one already, or buy one.
Also, the speaker has a USB-C charging port. So if you buy one of the chargers below, then also buy the right USB-C cable. You’ll use this to connect the speaker to whatever charger of choice. Details follow.
Furthermore, the maximum current this speaker accepts is ~1 amp to get the shortest charging times. So use a USB-C to USB-C cord. Or use a USB-A to USB-C cable if you go with one of the older USB 2.0 chargers below.
JBL Go 3 Charger Type: Which Works Well?
We successfully charge the Go 3 with the AC adapters below. Note that some of these feature a USB A type female connector. So, you can use these to connect your speaker. Just use the USB-C to USB-A cord that comes with the JBL Go 3. Or, if your charger only has a USB-C output port, then get a USB-C to USB-C cable. This cord does not come with the JBL Go 3.

This collection of chargers can charge the Go 3 at the max power that the speaker accepts. That would be around 5 watts. Plus none of these costs much. But as we said earlier, for some of them, you will need a USB-C to USB-C cable.

1. Gearmo Ten Port USB Charging Station
This hefty household wall charging station delivers all the current you need for charging your Go 3. It delivers full USB 2 power on each and every one of its ten output ports. This means that you will not increase the speaker charging time when you charge more than one device on it. In fact, this charging station supplies enough juice to charge all older JBL Go models. 2. CE Tech 4 Port USB Wall Charger
This CE Tech charging station is another substantial unit. It works well in recharging JBL Go speakers in the shortest time.

3. GE Jasco Y14 11307 USB AC Charger
This charger is available at Walmart.com. See that product page, here. At less than twelve dollars, this dual port charger fits in any tech travel kit. Its folding prongs make it even more portable.

4. JBL Go 3 Charger Type: A JBL Brand Charger
