You charge JBL Go 2 Bluetooth speakers via their covered micro USB charge port. And to get the quickest charge time and fullest charge when the JBL Go 2 runs out of juice, be sure to use a medium to high current USB charger.
JBL Go 2 Charge Time: How Long to Fully Recharge
According to the specs for this speaker the time it takes to charge the JBL Go 2 Bluetooth speaker is two hours and thirty minutes (2.5 hours).

JBL Go 2 Charge Time: How Long it Plays Per Full Charge
On a complete charge, the JBL Go 2 speaker can play for up to five (5) hours, due to its 730 MaH, 3.7 volt lithium ion polymer battery. But when you play it loudly, especially with extra bass, you will see somewhat shorter lasting power.
We’ve seen this BT speaker run dead in around four hours when played at louder volumes. So to get the most charge time from it, power saving is key. Just play it only as loudly as you need to, to hear it well throughout your listening space.

The Charge Time Gets Smaller As the JBL Go 2 Ages
If you own this speaker over a few to several years, you may notice that the time it plays from a single charge shrinks as the speaker gets older. This is normal for devices like this one, that rely on lithium ion batteries.
But by exercising the battery, you can slow this charge fall off.
To exercise the JBL Go 2, run the battery dead and charge it again every three to six months when not in use.
Also, we recommend that you not leave the speaker plugged into a charger once it has reached full charge. Right after the charging lamps completely go out, disconnect the speaker as soon as you can, to avoid overcharging it and damaging the battery.
